Indulgent Riverside Retreat – Eco-Lodge Accommodation
The Lodge is wonderfully spacious, with relaxed
indoor-outdoor living; beautiful views to the river from every
room; cathedral ceilings, polished wooden floors and a cosy wood
fire; a well appointed kitchen, spacious bathrooms and romantic
spa bath. Floor to ceiling windows and doors open from every room
onto the lawns, and passion fruit vines and jasmine shade the
bbq and outdoor seating area. The Lodge is relaxing, romantic
and peaceful.

Log Fire and Spa Bath
The master bedroom with its luxurious super-king
bed and beautiful north and east facing views offers space, peace
and privacy. The indulgent en suite bathroom is designed for relaxation
and has a spacious spa bath, double sinks and separate shower.
A second king or twin bedroom is located at the opposite end of
the living area providing space and privacy for larger groups.
The bedroom faces north and opens directly into the gardens, and
has its own bathroom, bath and shower. The spacious north facing
open plan living room has a cosy wood fire, luxurious leather
sofas, cathedral ceilings and wonderful views. The open-plan kitchen
is large, well appointed and fully equipped for self-catering
with a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine,
fridge-freezer, microwave, utensils and crockery.
The Lodge is cellphone and TV free, and is equipped
with a DVD player, CD player and i-pod dock; relaxing candles,
fresh flowers and magazines. High speed Broadband Internet and
WiFi are available in The Lodge and free local calls from the
office. The Lodge is connected to mains power.
Guests at The Lodge have access to a wonderful
range of amenities including the free kayaks, canoes and fishing
rods, beautiful private riverfront, Boathouse and 5 acre sub-tropical
gardens, secluded swimming spots, 150 acre organic farm with tranquil
walkways along the river bank, through native bush and pasture
and of course the beautiful deserted sandy beaches a short paddle
downstream at Takou Bay.

in the comfort and privacy of The Lodge.
Tariff
$220 - $400/night (including GST) for 2- 4 people.
The Lodge can be expanded easily for larger parties,
allowing a total of 8 guests to sleep in comfort by the addition
of 2 further upstairs king/twin bedrooms.
