As Takou Bay Road revealed Takou River and Takou River Cottages, I stared with childlike amazement. In all my travels over six continents this place is a gem. Kayaking down the river to the ocean is just marvelous, and having a large beach all to oneself is extraordinary. Anna & Ian are wonderful people and as gracious and welcoming as hosts can be.
