Cancellation Policy:
We look forward to welcoming you to Takou River. To confirm
a booking we request the following credit card details which we
hold without deduction to secure your dates:

Expiry
Name on Card
No deposit is taken and the provision of your credit card details
acts to confirm your reservation. Payment is made on departure
and we accept NZ$ Cash or Cheque or Bank Transfer. In the unforeseen
event that you need to make a cancellation we make every effort
to fill your nights. If we are successful then we make no cancellation
charge. If however we are unable to fill the nights, because of
our intimate size cancellations affect us greatly and so we regret
to have to charge you for the full duration of your stay. Travel
insurance is recommended. |
